What Return Address to use?

Hi BP

I am new to RE investing.

I decided to start doing some wholesaling first and since Marketing is a big part of the wholesaling strategy, I am trying to make sure I understand as much as possible before starting any direct mail campaign.

My question is related to the return address we as investors should use in our direct mail campaigns.

Should new ivestors like me who don't have a company created yet and not a business address for that matter, do something like buying a PO Box at the local patost office and use that?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Al

Im new to Real Estate investing as well, I started a business and am getting into wholesale as well. Im currently doing a direct mail campaign and i just use a P.O box from the post office. The UPS store has a sweet service where they can mask your P.O box as a suite number, its a bit more expensive but you come off as professional. Anyway good luck to ya!
