Driving For Dollars - Found an Eviction

Hi BP,

While driving for dollars today, I found ahousw with an eviction letter on the door. It was just posted yesterday with a scheduled court date in a couple of days.

My question is, should i send a mailers to homes with eviction notices or will it just be a waste of money? What is the process of acquiring a home with a resodent about to be evicted?

@Jeff B.. So it sounds like I should send a mailer less frequently to this guy instead of every 3 or 4 weeks? Is there anyway I can get his phone number to expedite this process? HCAD usually only has the sellers name and address.
