Biking the neighborhood
I ride my bike around my neighborhood here in Sacramento & I often see the house with the long grass, beat up car, dry rot, etc. and think "that looks like a flipper". But I have no clue how to deal with distressed looking properties. How do you guys market to a distressed property in your neighborhood? Knock on the door, mail them a letter? Do you do any research on it first to see what's going on with it? Thanks for time.
