Hi Adrian. I would be glad to have a coffee some time. I may be wrong,  but I don't feel there is too many people on the Island who are motivated to create a regular meetup.

@Steve Armstrong both are good areas. Jeffersontown is more expensive though

At first, I was thinking about RSVP but remembered I have something else that day. I would love to attend the next one.

I used to live there and currently own a rental property in the area. I have also sold properties to clients. I get $800 for a 2 bedroom with basement that I bought for 49k back in 2014. U know I could get a little but more, but my tenants are into their 2nd year lease and is working fine for me so far. I don't have any problem owning property or visiting the area.
