Newbie SOS: Sending out Yellow Letters

hello BP experts,

 I'm a newbie who's sending out my first batch of yellow letters. I'm using zillow to get the distressed property addresses but where can I access the sellers name so that I can personalize the letter? And I would appreciate any other tips. Thanks everybody!

Look it up at the County assessors office or website.
