How Targeted Should My Mail List Be

I am using listsource to generate leads that I can market to through direct mail. I initially targeted my zip code with a 3 mile radius and high equity (>50%). I only got back a handful of results. Should I change my parameters to get more results or market to the handful of highly targeted leads?

P.S. By handful I mean literally a handful!

Yeah, you might want to extend you radius. Plus I think you have to have over 50 addresses to purchase a list.
