I am looking for a real estate attorney in the Chicagoland area who specializes in REO's. Any reccomendations>

I am using listsource to generate leads that I can market to through direct mail. I initially targeted my zip code with a 3 mile radius and high equity (>50%). I only got back a handful of results. Should I change my parameters to get more results or market to the handful of highly targeted leads?

P.S. By handful I mean literally a handful!

Hi Michael, I listened to podcast 81 and I must say you gave some excellent tips. That being said I have a particular question. When you said to rotate the type of letter you use do you mean that every person on your list should receive multiple types of letters?
