So I'm starting my first direct mail campaign.  I've already written some using the most basic yellow letter format.

     Dear [           ]

Hi my name is [         ]

I would like to

       $Buy$

your house at [          ]

Please call me at

# 123-456-7890

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with different formats and which have been most successful.  I would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks

@Isral Konopa Man going with this approach will allow most of your mail get thrown right in the trash bro. You came in the door and just said "give me your house" I never asked them anything from the situation they're going through or do they even plan on selling the house.

But it's Ok Israel you'er not the first nor will you be the last. Try to go the other route of educating those potential leads instead of selling to them. You can't do it as much on a letter but you can do it more effectively through your website. Get them over to your site if you have one if not then just inbox me and I can steer you in the right directing of setting up an educational website that coverts like hot cakes.

So try this approach and see how money more leads covert. I'm not going to leave you hanging bro so here is a blog post I write just last week on BP
