Hey guys I was wondering if any of you are contacting landlords through craigslist? I have been contacting sellers and have had good results narrowing the result with keywords such as fixer upper, must sell, handyman special, etc. If you are, what keywords are you using to narrow down your search on the "rent" side of things?
