Online Marketing Primary method

Does anyone do online marketing as their main method of marketing for sellers. How is that working out for you and how long did it take to get a steady flow of seller leads?

@Matt Ellis Online marketing is all I do for the tons of clients I have in the real estate industry. It's all about having a great educational website that is marketed by building your online presence. 

Now this is the short version so just know that there is thousands of potential leads online searching. So you have to get your website and business in front of them if you want to dominate the local real estate market.

Now how long does it take...LOL It takes a really long time to do this. This is the reason why most people will never succeed in this form of marketing online because most investors are not patent at all Matt. 

I tell all my clients if you'er not willing to stick to the marketing for at least 6 months to a year then you might want to find some other form of marketing for your real estate company. Just that plan and simple.
