Alright everyone. I am wanting to start a marketing campaign to find deals. I am not dedicated to any exit strategy. Can someone correct my step by step process if need be and add companies, vendors etc that can help?

Step 1: Contact direct mailer company. (What are several?)

Step 2: Customize mailing campaign to geographic area and set parameter ons leads such as out of state landlords, etc. (where do these lists come from?)

Step 3: Setup a vm account and a website (how is the best way to handles incoming calls?).

What am I missing? Can anyone flesh out the steps from personal experience?

Brandon Cravens I know this answer is super cliche but it depends. If you have some funds I'd recommend you contact Jerry Puckett or Michael Quarles ASAP! They can provide you with a list or instruct you on how and what get also they will get the mailings going for you right away. The vm thing is as simple as opening a google voice account. As far as the website goes, I know several investors that still don't have websites they get all of their leads from direct mail campaigns and bandit signs. Good luck!
