Please help, small budget, need guidance
I would like to target tax delinquent properties. I need some help. I am a wholesaler and am curious if I am going to get a tax delinquent property under contract and have a buyer lined up. If they owe $10k and I sell it for $25k, 10k for taxes 5k for property owner and 10k for me. Does the 15k go directly to the owner or do we pay the taxes off at closing? I could use some help breaking these deals down. Thanks again for your help
If a tax delinquent list is the wrong list to start with let me know what may be a better avenue.
