How can I find Seller's phone numbers in Brooklyn (NYC)?
BP friends,
My partner and I have been driving for dollar around the streets of Brooklyn (NY) and we got many addresses of vacant houses / distressed properties. We are trying to find the phone numbers of the sellers to call them up.
Street easy and Advanced background check have phone numbers that are out of service and after researching online I couldn't find other free sources. (We have over 300 addresses and it wouldn't make sense to pay for each lead.)
Public records aren't investor friendly to say the least here in BK...
We can't wait to start already with the cold calls but frustrated that we can't figure it out.
Any suggestions?
Thanks much!

It takes some digging and creativity on this City-Data.com. But I've been able to find a few numbers. The other way is to subscribe to propertyshark.com. All the info on a property. At your fingertips.
