Hello Everybody, quick question

How can a new wholesaler have investors or others invest into your projects without stressing them out because you’re just starting out and wholesaling properties is new to them?

Consider using a transactional funding hard money lender for the first few so that your investor contacts see that you are successful, then they will be more willing to jump in and assist.
