First yellow letters campaign to absentee owners and only getting calls from Investors.

So, I recently sent my first yellow letters campaign to absentee owners and I'm only getting calls from investor and landlords who are not motivated to sell but the want to play the game only to see how much I offer and then say they're investors and they won't sale for that price, bla bla bla. Is there a way I can mitigate this with the filters on listsource.com?

This is the list criteria:

SFR

1-40 % Equity

1-100,000 Mortgage

2-4 Beds

No pool

No trustee or Corp

Thanks
