Yellow Letter company recommendation?

Hi,I was wondering if someone can give me recommendations for some Yellow Letter marketing companies that they have used in the past.I have tried to reach out to couple of companies through BP, but not had much luck hearing back, so any recommendations will be appreciated.Sharad

Hi Sharad, I currently use listsource.com as one of my mailing list. If you go that route try to negotiate the price per lead. I found out after I went under contract with them that I can actually do that. I'm paying 12 cents per lead. I heard some say they're getting as low as 9 cents. Another list I'm starting to get some success off of is findmotivatedsellersnow.com. This is a website that caters to vacant properties. I just got a contract from there and another strong lead yesterday. Currently I'm printing out my own yellow letters. I made one Master copy and just mass produce it through my printer. You can also try usleadlist.com. I get a great response rate from that one. That's an inheritance list that comes out quarterly. You can look them up and ask to speak with lance or terry. I did get a contract from a motivated seller with that list as well. From my understanding, they can do your letters for you as well for an additional cost. Hope this helps. All the best Corey

Good stuff Corey. I got started by doing all of mine myself also. @Scott Costello wrote an over the top informative guide on this at his Struggling Investor site. When you're a real busy guy like @Sharad M. or @John Chapman time is in short supply. You can save a a lot doing it on your own, but just remember when you're pricing out your options to include the price of your time.FULL DISCLOSURE I am not affiliated with Scott Costello or Struggling Investor, however this article does review several yellow letter services including my own as well as all the tips and tricks you need to accomplish it on your own. Considering the title of the thread, the OP's question and the direction it's gone, I'm hoping that won't be a problem.

I haven't used them, but they seem to get a lot of recommendations from across the boards and other investors, www.YellowLetters.comIt's owned by Account Closed and he is on the latest BP podcast interview. He seems to be a nice guy, and heard that he's helpful if you reach out to him.George

Great questions. Actually what I did was created my own handwritten yellow letter on white lined paper and I used red ink ( this is my master copy). I then take yellow printer paper and mad produce it. It comes out looking exactly like a yellow letter, on one side at least. Lol. Listsource provides you with all of the names that you would mail to. I currently use them for my absentee mailings. Meaning people who own a home but currently lives somewhere else. There's tutorials on YouTube on how to navigate and use listsource. This will help you with creating your criteria. I don't drive around looking for vacant homes. I use findmotivatedsellersnow.com for that. They've done the legwork for you. They provide you with a list. You can also find a tutorial on YouTube for this. So basically I use my self made yellow letter and mail to the list they provide me. I pay $97 per month for findmotivatedsellersnow.com. They also provide you with a letter you can use for your mailing. That's included in the price. Usleadlist.com also gives you a letter you can use. Which is a great letter.

Account Closed I 110% agree with you that time is in short supply. Time is money and I hate wasting it. I would much rather have an expert work on this and manage it for me than try to save a little money and do it all myself. My end product is not going to be as good as a professional company that is in this business and a company like yours brings a lot of added value with the years of experience and systems in place and that's priceless.
