HELP - Need QUALITY Preforeclosure Leads

So I used REIFAX software to create a list of preforeclosures that are in my farm area. To my dismay half of that list included leads that were already foreclosed on, had done loan modifications, and or have filed for bankruptcy.

Are there any better options? I'd hate to have to pay a VA to check the list against the county clerk or courts website for accuracy.
