Where else is advertise than Zillow?

Look for fruitful ways to advertise other than just Zillow.  I have a property in Summerville, SC and looks like lots of competition for rentals. Thanks.

I'm a rental agent in Boston. Tons of competition here and I have a lot of success finding leads via Zillow, apartments.com, and Facebook marketplace. Zillow is typically the best quality leads in my opinion. Facebook brings in a lot of volume but you usually need to weed out a lot of people that aren't serious. Apartments.com leads are usually pretty good as well but I don't get as many leads there as I do the other two websites.

There are a few FB groups in the CHS area dedicated to RE investing, rentals, and properties for sale. FB marketplace gets some traction as well. Lots of scammers on FB, though, so vet any inquiries carefully

    Theres a lot of place online to list like apartments.com, facebook marketplace, realtor.com, trulia, rent.com. What I do is use my property management software (MagicDoor) to just write one listing and they automatically post it across all the main platforms.

    @Gino Barbaro Curious what your thoughts are on lead quality coming from Craigs List?

    @Melanie Thomas

    I really think it depends what market you're in, and what type of resident base you have. In East TN, it still works. Not sure if A type assets are gonna work on Craig's List

    Hey Dena,Aside from Zillow, try advertising on Facebook Marketplace, apartments.com, and local real estate groups. Targeted social media ads can also help you stand out.

    FB Marketplace is helpful but make sure you vet them carefully.
