Best tip for finding vacant houses
I'm wondering what everyone out there does to find vacant properties other than driving and bird dogs.
Thanks!

@Matt Swartzendruber I open up my MLS. On the tab where it says, "occupied, vacant, or rented" I click on "vacant". And then I hit "search". I got 485 hits and my total search time was less than 1 minute including time to log-on.
