Help - My Ocala SFR Rental Has Been on the Market Since July 2023

Hello,
I just found out about this forum and there is a wealth of information here! I just can't seem to find any info for the area of my investment home in Ocala, FL. My 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/2 car garage SFR in the 34476 area has been on the RENTAL market since July on Zillow and Avail. And although I have gotten a few bites, it remains unrented. I recently decreased the rent $50. It is the best deal in the immediate area as far as the proximity to SR-200 (the main thoroughfare) and I-75. And it is the lowest cost/Sq FT compared to other properties in the area. Even within the subdivision, it is only one street away from the main entrance (so it is not deep into the subdivision to get in and out). I just put a brand new roof on it. Most of the interior has been repainted. And with all the rain that Ocala gets, the lawn is green and the shrubs are kept trimmed by my lawn guy who sends me pictures after he cuts every week. The home is vacant and empty and it has a smart lock on it. I live 2 hours away and for the few viewings that were scheduled, they were given access by me via the smart lock and I stayed on the phone with them to answer any questions while they viewed the home. I am not sure what else I could be doing. Am I missing anything? Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated. And I will continue to read up on all the great info here. I am glad I found this forum! Thanks in advance.
