When Does It Make Sense To Stage A Rental?

My understand of the purpose of staging is to get tenants faster. If you're not having issues getting tenants does staging have any added benefit?

Also if the market your in doesn't have many high end rentals is there a point to staging?

The unit being clean is more important than anything. If you're not dealing with higher end rentals I don't think it'll matter much. This is as much staging as I've done.... I bought that towel for $2.50 at my local dollar general. I marketed for a week while renovations were finished and scheduled an open showing. The second person that looked at it that day handed me a security deposit and signed a 12 month lease. Fully qualified. I also had a list of 3 others that wanted it if anything fell through. Product and location are much more important than staging.
