Hello BP community,

I am an investor in the Richmond Virginia metro area. I am currently operating a two bedroom two bath, single family home as a medium term rental. This unit is furnished and has some nicer linens and furnishings. I was considering listing on corporate housing byowner.com. Does anyone have experience using the site? If yes, do you feel like you can get by with the minimum fee package for listing (Bronze). I search the forms. I didn’t see that much discussion. If anyone has anything good or bad to say about it, I’d love to hear. Thank you.
