Hi I have MTR in Chesterfield Co. wondering if anyone here has experience with either www.corporatehousingbyowner.com or another corporate housing company that can get my SFR rented out.

I am an investor in the Richmond Virginia metro area. I am currently operating a two bedroom two bath, single family home as a medium term rental. This unit is furnished and has some nicer linens and furnishings. I was considering listing on corporate housing byowner.com. Does anyone have experience using the site? If yes, do you feel like you can get by with the minimum fee package for listing (Bronze). I search the forms. I didn’t see that much discussion. If anyone has anything good or bad to say about it, I’d love to hear. Thank you.

@Kenneth Donaghy I know I am digging in the way back machine but back in 2020 you mentioned you used a Nationwide corporate rental company 👆🏻. I am based in Richmond, VA looking get my existing MTR on a corporate contract. If you still recommend them I would be grateful.

I am looking for some potential leads on a certified home inspector for Richmond, Va area. We just got into contract on two different properties in Bon Air and North Chesterfield and look to get both properties inspected within next few days. Thank you in advance for any recommendations or comments.
