Probate/Inheritance Leads

James Lee

I am trying to figure out the best way to contact probate/inheritance leads.

1. Obituary - This probably is not a good idea from what I read

2. Probate - Ideal but have to take a day off to go to the courthouse (or hire someone)

Any other suggestions on how to get free inherited leads that do not go through probate?

James,

Or you can subscribe to Rebogateway. It's $25-$30/month/county if I recall correctly. Much cheaper than you or someone else going down to the county to get it.

I don't know Rebogateway is available for your area wherever you are, but it is a great tool that realtors in the San Francisco Bay Area use.
