Probate and Divorce Lists

I've read most of the people with Probate and Divorce hearing lists get them from their local county websites. Anyone in the Pittsburgh area know how to navigate the Allegheny County website for this sort of stuff? It says on the site these records are public and available online but I am just wondering if there is a way to search them. I have not been able to find it myself.

Assuming this is not possible, can anyone from BP provide any other ways of attaining these lists?

Thanks in advance,

Jarred

@Jarod S - Yes, it would be asking a lot from an attorney, even if you are their paying client!

Forget the county probate website. Few will provide you sufficient info to market to the parties involved.

Drive down to the courthouse. Find the clerk and ask where the probate records are archived. Determine if there's a list of the most recent filings. Request to pull a few files.

Yes, it's time consuming and sometimes a hassle.

The very act of going out of your way to obtain hard-to-obtain info will put you in a category that's WAY above many,if not most, of the people who haunt this and other forums.

Now, you find some way to make contact with those persons that you find in the probate records. Call, write or drive or do all the above. But do follow through.

You are then in the ACTION group!
