Direct Mail Campaign, Critique Requested
Here is a layout of a big for me direct mail campaign I will be launching shortly.
I'd love to get some feedback.
Hopefully this pastes in OK, it will be a lot of info I'm detailed.
I've had good success with direct mail before looking to start mailing and never stop. Previously I've been stop start.
My main goals are to get properties for these strategies in descending order of importance to buy fix refi and hold, fix and flip, wholesale, owner finance, Subject To Rental, retail listing for my sister and team mate on this endeavor. I also have a good local realtor short sale negotiator so I like getting short sale leads.
My idea is that you hit a prospect early pretty hard especially more targeted lists like inheritance or vacant vs a broad list like low equity home owners. Then slow down your mail frequency dropping back to postcards quarterly, likely mailing each prospect 8 times before stopping but maybe sooner depending on results of the broader lists.
Going to use yellowletters and Michael Quarles for the mailing. Haven't gotten too much in to the copy for letters, besides using US Lead Lists recomended letter for the inheritance style lists and then just using standard we buy houses and yellow letters copy from the mail provider.
