Hello everyone, my name is Alejandro and I am new to the bigger pockets community. I'am going out of my comfort zone and asking for guidance to becoming a real estate investor! I have been wanting to buy an investment property for quite some time now but keep hitting road block after road block. The only knowledge I have comes from the bigger podcast, books and youtube. Would appreciate any resources like other books, investor groups that I can join for mentorship or any tools that a newbie needs to get their first investment property! Thank in advance for any info!
