Anyone sitting on a Scottsdale "deal"?!!

I understand the word deal is relative in Scottsdale.  Expensive shopping, literally.  Going to be there end of this week to hit seminar and hopefully source a new deal(s).  Throwing out general 'hello' to chum the waters, see if anyone has any input.  Much appreciated!
