Greetings and thanks for response.  It slipped under radar so apologies for response.  Probably single family.  Given the market, that of zero inventory, something that needs quite a bit of work, potential for significant value add.  All about location and lot size.  Multi family intriguing based on cash flow prospects.  We may be on market with a current SF in Paradise Valley here in the spring that we will need to move into something else.  

I understand the word deal is relative in Scottsdale.  Expensive shopping, literally.  Going to be there end of this week to hit seminar and hopefully source a new deal(s).  Throwing out general 'hello' to chum the waters, see if anyone has any input.  Much appreciated!
