What are some websites/apps that you can market your rentals on? Are Facebook marketplace and Craigslist appropriate places? Any other suggestions?

Hey @Evan O'Brien, I personally like FB marketplace and Zumper for marketing my vacants. I also use realtor.com and hotpads I think but almost all of my tenants have been from Zumper. I've used the paid Zillow advertising before with not much luck. It could all be location dependent so start with the free ones and go up from there.
