Providing for tenants with disabilities

So I’m planning out my screening process and I am reading about ADA laws (Americans with Disabilty Act). The property I plan on renting has stairs to it. My question is, if I rent to someone in a wheelchair; is it my responsibility to add a ramp and lower the kitchen counter tops?
