Digital application process

Hello, I’m looking to transfer my application process from paper to digital and looking for recommendations on what platform to use. I want to be able to have my application, lease, building rules, property condition report, and all the legally required documents my city/state requires. Any help would be appreciated.

TransUnion's SmartMove screening is what we use, and I recommend it. It's actually built into the management software we use, but I know a lot of landlords who use it on its own and love it!
