Are you allowed to ask for pictures of the tenants pets?

We are screening tenants and pets are allowed, with breed restrictions. I know how people fudge information, especially on the pet application part. Is it ok for us to require a photograph of the pet along with the pet application and veterinary records?

Yes, we highly recommend it.

How else will you stop a tenant, or hold them accountable for claiming they have a Chihuahua, yet have a pitbull?
