Wife is a nurse, husband work for 911, both for more than 2 years same job.

lived in the last property for 5 years, told me they have to move due to landlord is selling.

If they are willing to pay 2 months deposit and 1 last month rent, can I rent it to them? or with this credit core, it is absolutely a no?
