Applicant with Deferred Student Loans

Hi all,

I have an applicant that I'm on the fence with - satisfactory income, good references and low debt.  But she has a balance of 50K of deferred student loans dating to 2002, so I can't decide if this is going to be a big problem soon or not.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
