Accepting a company as a Guarantor
I'm trying to rent an apartment. A pair of applicants with low credit scores are asking if I'd accept a company as a guarantor.
The company they're going with is this: https://nationwideguarantors.c...
I've spoke on the phone with them. They say they'll cover a tenant's payments until the apartment is re-rented or the lease expires if they're delinquent.
This seems like a good deal, but I've never heard of anything like this. I'm not entirely sure about understanding the contract myself either. Has anyone else ever worked with companies like these before? What have your experiences been like?
