Loved Cozy, but now that it's gone I haven't found a screening service I'm pleased with. Specifically criminal background checks seem to be lacking. Recommendations for preferred and thorough source that includes option for applicant to pay directly?

Going to be weird saying this but I love Zillow. Goes against my realtorhood but … the Zillow rental app for the diy landlord is Ana amazing tool.
