Should I skip this applicant?

Hey everyone. I just posted my first apartment for rent. I’m using TurboTenant for property managing and my first applicant is traveling from Ca->Pa and has no proof of income, but her husband is applying as well and she said he’s the one with the income. Is this typically a situation you guys would be on the fence about? I’m feeling pretty skeptical. Like I said this is my first apartment, my first property, and I don’t want to get a bad tenant that won’t pay rent.b no

As long as her husband is applying, is going to be on the lease, and has enough income to cover your requirement, this shouldn't be a problem.
