Property Under Contract ... NOW WHAT?!

Hey everyone!

After actively trying to find a good deal for the past 6months, I've officially gotten my first property under contract. But, I'm having a hard time finding legit buyers. The deal has a purchase price of $80K rehab is only cosmetic and would cost $60K max ( depending on what grade of materials are used). The home has an ARV on the higher side $230K.

Any advice? Thank you in advance :)

Finding legit buyers really should be the easiest part of a wholesale transaction. Search for who is purchasing in the area the property is in. Reach out to those buyers. If you do that and post to the online forums you're on, and you still don't have any takers, the deal is no good.
