Quote from @Jonathan Styer:

Are you a part of any local real estate investment groups? How about Facebook, any groups there? You want to get it out to as many people with as much information as possible.

Hey Jonathan, thank you for your response/ insight. Currently apart of as many investments groups as I can be. I've posted in as many groups allowed, craigslist, connected investors, my house deals. You name it my deal is there. It's been posted for a couple days now. Maybe just a waiting game if I haven't skipped any steps !

Hey everyone!

After actively trying to find a good deal for the past 6months, I've officially gotten my first property under contract. But, I'm having a hard time finding legit buyers. The deal has a purchase price of $80K rehab is only cosmetic and would cost $60K max ( depending on what grade of materials are used). The home has an ARV on the higher side $230K.

Any advice? Thank you in advance :)
