HOA Foreclosure without mortgage

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know that if an HOA is foreclosing on the property that has no mortgage of any kind, and if you are the winning bidder do you get the title/ownership to the property? How does it work legally?

Any feedback? Has anyone won any kind of similar auctions?
