I wanted to know what if anyone knows how do bank foreclosures work in North Carolina? What is the process? I see some banks posting it online for bidding on Xome.com and some and posting on MLS as a foreclosure purchase. I was interested in buying foreclosure sales in this state. Do they have in person sheriff sales like most other states?

I would like to know that if a house with solar panels gets sold in Tax(Monition) Sale, what happens if they are leased? Does it get wiped out like other liens?

Has anyone bought a HOA foreclosure property without any mortgage on it? I want to know how does it work? Do you legally get the ownership and title after the sale if you are the winning bidder?
