Hey guys! Just wanting to see if we could put together a group of Austin, Tx and surrounding areas investors, lenders, realtor, etc...

I’m wanting to make a big push in 2021 and as everybody knows how important connections are! So anybody who would like to grab coffee, FaceTime, call just to chat and make new connections and work together let me know!

Hope everyone has a great 2021!

@Gregory Schwartz

Thanks Gregory! That’s what I was hoping to hear, I knew it really would take a lot to stop the tradition at TAMU lol. Have you seen any issues with the larger resort style complexes drowning out the smaller 4plex and 6plex buildings?

I know the area has blow up since I left in 16/17 but I pass through often. Like I said I’ve got two smaller complexes I’m looking at that make sense and the only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger is the COVID situation and not being there to feel and see how it’s effecting the area.

@Joe C.

Yea, I went to school there and saw the potential in the area with all the college kids and keeping a steady draw with both A&M and Blinn. I’ve reached out to some friends of mine who are agents/investors in and around the area so I will let you know anything I find out!

What is everybody’s opinions on the rental market in such a college driven town? I’m looking at two deals in the College Station/Bryan Texas area and am hesitant based on everything moving to online and not as much on campus.

What are y’all’s thoughts?
