Hey guys!

Hope your Thanksgiving weekends we're excellent. This is mostly for Canadian investors, but all input is welcome.

What cities (or areas within the city) have you seen hit a nice sweet spot between cashflow and natural appreciation, and why do you think it's a good opportunity?

Ideally these would be in Ontario but elsewhere could be an interesting venture.

Thanks in advance, looking forward to the discussion! 🍻

@David Steinbok Hey David, that conversion process seems complicated but well worth it. Would mind if I PM you and we chat about it?

Hey guys!

Great to finally be a part of the community here in biggerpockets. I've got a simple question, but am expecting some not so simple answers. It's this: What are the pros and cons of starting out with a partner vs solo?

All opinions are welcome! For reference, it would be two beginner investors in the GTA (Toronto).

Cheers
