Securing assignment fee in wholesaling
Can anybody tell me how to secure (get paid) our Assignment Fee? For example do we get paid by the end buyer, title company or else. Thanks.

You would want to sign an agreement with the end buyer that would specify when payment is due, etc. Some get paid before closing, and most get paid at closing. The best way to guarantee getting paid would be to give title the assignment agreement and make sure they put the assignment fee paid to you on the HUD.
