We have 30 properties and it gets confusing when paying mtgs and credit card payments I don't need any late payments is there a useful program to help keep it all straight? I was thinking of microsoft outlook and the calendar program but there has to be a better way.
Thanks

I am writing this to encourage you today.

I have had a banker help me to get started.
The past few years he has gotten more difficult and
harder to deal with more negative and skeptical.
I was concerned.
Who would we turn to now?
I went to a bank showed him my 691 score and wasnt expecting much.
Within 10 seconds he said Its approved.
What did I hear right?
Was ths a joke?

That quick no committee
I can build the house with nothing down and even get the loan even for the lot.
Just call for draws
Heck whats the harm in asking so asked for more.
Now I am going to refi to 4 plex I can have and unsecured line of credit.
Who would have thought it?
Dont e-mail me about the bank.
But I do want to encourge you.
Go ask
Go ask
They cant kill you.
Have a great day.

I would love to know what percent of troubled loans are because of investors that have to many houses.
And how many are actual home owners that are having troble.

I have several properties with a lot of equity now I need money for investments.
I want to pull some money out, but the question I have is, do I pull equity out of a home that is in a hot market area or a market that is slowed down or does it even matter?
Thanks

I called my C/C companies to get my credit limit raised and I hear oh that is reviewed every so often we cant do that.
Well I have great credit and 1 card has not been raised in 2 years.
What can I say to get them to raise it?

I did call 1 of my cards and they raised it up by 3 K in just minutes. How can I get them to raise it?
Thanks
