Thoughts on the future of our economy?

What are your thoughts on the state of our economy in the next 2-3 years?

I’ve heard a lot of talks of “crash” and “bubbles” but little logic to back anything up.

I think we’ll see the stick market take a turn and the housing market flatten out for a few years.

I certainly don’t think we’ll see a “crash”. General feelings from working with buyers and sellers are that people are tired of current market conditions but I don’t think that’s enough to change anything.

What are your thoughts?
