New to Indianapolis Market

Hey everyone,

I'm a wholesaler that's new to the Indianapolis market and I was looking to connect with members who know the areas well.  I've heard many things about the Bates-Hendricks and Fountain Square neighborhoods, but I'd be interested in hearing about some other spots where people have had success buying. 

Specifically, I'm looking at a few properties in Greenfield and was wondering if this is an area that investors are actively targeting?  The deals look good on paper, I just want to ensure that I'm targeting a good neighborhood.  Any information on certain Indy neighborhoods/Greenfield specifically would be awesome!
