Hey everyone,

I'm a wholesaler that's new to the Indianapolis market and I was looking to connect with members who know the areas well.  I've heard many things about the Bates-Hendricks and Fountain Square neighborhoods, but I'd be interested in hearing about some other spots where people have had success buying. 

Specifically, I'm looking at a few properties in Greenfield and was wondering if this is an area that investors are actively targeting?  The deals look good on paper, I just want to ensure that I'm targeting a good neighborhood.  Any information on certain Indy neighborhoods/Greenfield specifically would be awesome!

@Tyion Bridgeman Thanks for the reply, I'm just looking to talk to some people who know the area really well.  I figured a realtor would be that person, and if I find a seller/lead who needs a realtor then I will have someone I can refer them to.

I'm looking to connect with a realtor who knows the area of Park Ridge, IL.  I want to begin wholesaling in this area and I'm here to network with people who know the area well and want to form a solid relationship.  Feel free to PM me and we can have a quick conversation or phone call!

I'm fairly new here on BP and want to connect with people in the Chicagoland area.  What are some of your favorites areas to invest in Chicagoland?

Hey everyone, I will be starting up my wholesaling business in the coming months and I was looking to hear about the hottest markets, specifically in the south suburbs of Chicago.

I want to out find which areas investors are actively looking/buying in so I can cater to those markets.  I've found that Park Ridge is a hot area, but I'm interested in hearing where everyone else is currently buying.
