Toledo University or other university areas

Hi all, I'm looking for some thoughts on the Toledo market for a buy and hold strategy and if the university area is worth investing in with demand for rentals. I am interested in other university areas if you have thoughts. Thanks in advance, Jeff

Hi Jeff

I understand it's best to stay north of Dorr St as the area around UT can be patchy.

I personally own in 43613.
